Reena Kagan is a senior at Duke University studying Global Health and Neuroscience. She works primarily with students who are undergoing the college application process, helping them develop their college lists and supporting them in writing essays. Reena has previously served as a tutor for Duke student-athletes in subjects such as Biology and Statistics, and she has spent time teaching English to Spanish-speaking members of the Durham community through Duke’s “Gente Aprendiendo para Nuevas Oportunidades” club. Reena believes that learning is possible at any stage of life, and she brings her patience, kindness, and enthusiasm to support students in their growth. In her free time, you can find her whipping something up in the kitchen, sprawled on the couch with a book, or run-walking with her dog Pearl.
