Our all-star tutors are located across the country and across the world, so our sessions are conducted over Zoom or another online meeting platform. An internet connection is required to meet with our tutors, and we find that most students - even those who have struggled with online classes - thrive within the Family Tutoring remote learning environment. When geographically possible, our tutors love to arrange in-person meetings!

Nope! The tutors on the "Our Team" page are just the tutors that have been with Family Tutoring Co. the longest. Family Tutoring has an extensive network of students and graduates of competitive universities that specialize in every academic and artistic discipline. If it exists, we can find a highly qualified tutor for it!

Jack will report back to you directly over text message and/or email (based on your preference) with updates on your student's progress and outstanding hours.

Payments can be made via any digital payment service (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, etc) based on your preference, and all payments will be made to the same address throughout the process and disseminated to tutors accordingly.

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your course, we will refund the full cost of the most recent lesson. Refund will be made via the same online transfer platform used to make the original payment.
